REFOS – Spring Competition, Saturday 25 April 2009

This year’s Spring competition will be held on Saturday 25 April 2009, with evening meal at RGC.  The cost will be £10 for the competition and £18.50 per person for the evening meal, with choices as set out below.  Please could you confirm your entry and menu choices, and return this form to David Rowell 13 Howards Wood Letchworth, SG6 2DH or email as follows.

Home made country Farmhouse Pate with Melba Toast


Chilled ripe Melon, Parma Ham on a bed of Rocket, finished with

Crystallised orange


Classic Whitebait with Lemon and Tartar Sauce


Main Course:



Pan Fried Sea Bass with roasted Shallots, new potatoes and asparagus


10oz Rib Eye Steak with chunky chips, onion rings, mushrooms and tomato


Pork tender loin stuffed with apricots & stilton with a sage crust

served with Dauphinoise potato & veg


Vegetarian Bourguignon in Red wine and Herb Dumplings


Dessert:           A choice of dessert will be available in the display cabinet
